Its going to be four years of association with Tata Consultancy services now. I have learnt a lot during this period both professionally and personally. This Friday marked one of the imperative milestones of my career when I got promoted to an IT analyst. I have been doing analyst task for sometime now, however this promotion made me feel the growth I really wanted to see at this point. My current work assignment is demanding but such rewards work as a catalyst to motivation and perseverance.
