ISB Interview Experience - IT Background !!

Hey Guys, I had my ISB interview recently. I would like to share the experience with you all. I am from an IT background with around 6 years of experience. There were three interviewers in the room. This is how the interview went..

Interviewer 1:  So you have done your education from Indonesia. Tell us about your school there ?

Interviewer 1:  Why did you father decide to move to Indonesia ?

Interviewer 2: What is your job responsibilities?

Interviewer 3: I mentioned about value addition. Can you give examples of value addition.

Interviewer 2: Tell me three things that you would tell your offshore counterpart if he decides to take your position at onsite ( I am working as an onsite lead in US)

Interviewer 1:Which is your dream company?

Interviewer 1: why not McKinsey ? ( as I said BCG)

Interviewer 2: Why is your short term goal ?

Interviewer 1: Give me examples of analytical skills and team skills ( as i mentioned both inmy previous question)

Interviewer 1: Do you have any questions ?


I thought of waiting for the results to come out before posting it. However, today I felt i should just go ahead and post it ...
